Thank you for choosing Cellphone Zone for your repair and accessory needs. We strive to provide quality services and products to our valued customers. Below is our refund and warranty policy for your reference:

1. Repair Services: We offer a 30-day warranty on electronic repairs for manufacturer defects ONLY. If you encounter any issues related to the repair within this timeframe, we will gladly assess and rectify the matter at no additional cost and best handled if you contact us immediately. However, please note that any subsequent damage caused by mishandling, accidental drops, or any other external factors post-repair is not covered under our warranty.

2. Accessories: For accessories purchased from Cellphone Zone, we offer a 14-day window for refunds or exchanges on UNOPENED packages. For OPENED packages, we provide a 7-day window for refunds or exchanges due to manufacturer defects. If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange.

                    -->Conditions for Refunds/Exchanges:

                            -Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

                            -Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all refund or exchange requests.

                            -Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

                            -In case of exchanges, the replacement product will be of equal or lesser value, and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

                            -Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return/exchange is due to a manufacturer defect.

                   --> Exceptions: Please note that our refund policy does not cover the following:

                          -Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

                          -Normal wear and tear of products over time.

                          -Accessories damaged due to accidents, misuse, or neglect.

3. Passport Photos: At Cellphone Zone, we prioritize accuracy and compliance with official regulations when providing passport photo services. Please review our policy below:

                  -->Photo Retake Policy

                         -We offer a complimentary retake of passport photos if they are rejected due to errors on OUR part, including faults attributable to our photographer or overlooked requirements. In such cases, we will provide a retake free of charge.

                   -->Conditions for Retake:

                         -The original rejected copy of the photo must be returned to us upon retake, particularly if it is a physical copy.

                         -We reserve the right to refuse free retakes if the issue was caused by neglect or incorrect instructions provided by the customer.

                          -If the rejection is due to customer instructions being followed precisely and the photo still fails to meet requirements, any additional retakes will be subject to our standard fee.

                     -->Customer Responsibility: 

                            -It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate their requirements clearly and accurately. We will NOT refund or offer additional free retakes if the issue was a result of neglected instructions or incorrect information provided by the customer, and we followed the customer's instructions faithfully.

4. Top-Up and Prepaid Plans: Due to the nature of top-up and prepaid plans, we CANNOT offer returns or refunds once the transaction has been completed. All sales of top-up and prepaid plans are FINAL. If you experience any issues or have questions regarding your top-up or prepaid plan, please contact us for assistance.
